Three Steps to Shape Your Narrative

1. Write Your Legacy Statement. What do you want people to say about your leadership 10 years from now? Write it down.

2. Identify a Daily Shift. Choose one habit you need to align with that story. Practice it daily.

3. Speak a New Story. Replace negative self-talk with empowering language.
