Meet Vicky Barto
For more than 25 years, I've helped organizations develop stronger leaders, improve how people work, and successfully navigate operational change. My experience spans talent acquisition, employee development, performance management, onboarding, process improvement, and organizational change. Throughout my career, I've supported large, multi-state organizations, including initiatives impacting more than 8,500 employees, as well as small businesses where every process, employee, and leadership decision can make a meaningful difference.
That experience has taught me something important: Business challenges rarely exist in isolation. A workflow problem may actually be an accountability issue. A recurring employee challenge may stem from an unclear process. And an overwhelmed business owner may need better systems and decision-making structures, not simply more hours in the day.
That's why I founded Xcel Leadership Group. I help business owners see the bigger picture, identify the connections between people, processes, and performance, and focus on the improvements that will make the greatest impact. My approach combines strategic guidance with hands-on implementation and practical coaching to help businesses build stronger teams, operate more effectively, and build a foundation for sustainable growth.
